Delivery Policy

Standard shipment terms are FOB Cincinnati, Ohio. $500 orders or above qualify for Free Freight in the lower forty-eight states. Keycraft offers free freight (FFA) programs, which based on certain order volumes and on-time payment, will result in write-off of freight billed. Free freight terms must be approved at time of order entry. Free freight terms are subject to change throughout the year. Orders below $500, are subject to collect freight from our DC in Cincinnati, Ohio and additional handling fees.
